The family stayed in this apartment — I really liked everything! Great location: beach, shops, cafes — all within walking distance. Upon arrival, it turned out that a number of things had not gone well in the apartment. After I informed David about this and made him a proposal on how to solve this, he agreed. That was very nice and I had a very good stay because of this. In addition, David responds quickly to messages, which makes for pleasant communication. The apartment is nice. Panoramic view on the 12th, beautiful bathroom, delicious shower and a nice bed. Tip: The walls are thin and it can be noisy. This can be solved with earplugs.

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.

The place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s located in a quiet area, yet everything you need is close by. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I return to the area.

Everything was great. Nice location, housing near a public transport stop. There are two supermarkets nearby, several restaurants and bars. A beautiful promenade with a long and wide beach. The apartment fully corresponds to the description, for work very well in the apartment there is a table and a chair.

A nice apartment with everything within walking distance. If you have a car, you have to take into account the difficulty of parking. Parking garage within 10 minutes walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Apartment exactly matches the pictures - great balcony overlooking the sea (sunrise on balcony side). There are some restaurants and supermarkets (including Aldi, Roßmann, etc.) nearby. The city center is about 5 km away. Check-in was super easy and Adam responded very quickly to questions. We were completely satisfied!

If you want an apartment that is peaceful, relaxing yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront and beach then you won't find a better option than this. Nestled within a complex of other apartments it has access to one of the best swimming pools we have experienced. Being on the first floor you can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and watching the sun go down. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves but even when other people were swimming it was still very quiet and peaceful. Just 5 minutes walk is a superb supermarket if you want to self cater like us. Alternatively there is a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. The seafront is just a 10 minute walk along very pleasant well kept streets. This apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having our own business back in the UK we needed to keep in touch and the WI FI was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Awesome apartment and great host :)

Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If someone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spending another year at this host's is really not disappointing, as usual very professional host and especially beautiful accommodation very clean I put a 100 out of 100 for the cleanliness and the incredible smell of the bed linens. Everything is equipped and functional in this home. A gem as soon as you can walk to the supermarket to do your little shopping. The residence is very clean, people really respect all the house rules. Parking space available all along the residence, very secure place, we left our car there for a week. I would highly recommend this place. I would come back for a third year without hesitation!!! Thanks a lot to Dominiek, the most professional host I know!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.
