Welcome to this charming summer villa in the coastal community of Bergkvara, next to Kalmarsund. Here you live undisturbed but still close to the beach, guest harbour, restaurant and grocery store, in only a few minutes walking distance. Small turn of the century house, renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Cozy bedroom with two beds. Two more beds are possible to arrange in the comfortable sofa. There is a wood stove and wood burning stove that heats up well in the evening. Large protected lot with space for play and relaxing.

This holiday home is only 75 meters from the sea/beach. The house is about 70 m2, and contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet/shower and a glassed-in terrace of about 18 m2 in the east (morning sun) + a terrace in the west location with evening sun. The house is about 30 minutes drive to Kalmar, and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed Final cleaning is not included. Cozy cottage incl. charger for electric car peacefully located by the sea with outstanding views of Öland and Kalmarsund. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer as well as new floors in kitchen and living room from 2021. The cottage has a double bedroom from Hästens and a bedroom with a double bed from Dux. Further, there is a floor bed with three beds. Loft with two single beds. as well as Dux sofa and TV. The cottage has a fireplace, dishwasher, shower and mobile broadband that works 95 percent of the time.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Lovely house in a perfect location where you can enjoy the sea view in several directions. Take the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and gaze at the ocean and the small archipelago's islets and cut. In the garden, there is plenty of room for play, games and other activities. The beautiful surroundings invite you to lovely walks, only 5 minutes to the nearest swimming area. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.
