Two balconies in different directions. Barbecue available for grilling and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed are available. Washing machine in the bathroom and shower with entrance from the outside. 30 minutes to Kalmar and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Grocery store is in Bergkvara about 2 km away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara, located in the middle between Kalmar and Karlskrona, with about 40 kilometers to each city (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you could imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed linens & towels can be rented for €15/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming jetties and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to this nice cottage located centrally in Torsås and only a few kilometers from the coastal town of Bergkvara. In Torsås there are grocery stores, bakery, liquor store, food trucks, pharmacy, ATM and various stores for shopping and everyday needs. The accommodation is a small turn-of-the-century house, consisting of two bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom. The larger room has a large sofa, coffee table, a queen size bed and wardrobes, the other room has a sleeping space for one person. Patio and barbecue available.

Torsås, where necessary shops are located, can be reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as a child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, etc.

Du är också på bekvämt avstånd till havet med fina badstränder. Huset är ett gammalt torp som är renoverat. Nu har du möjlighet att få njuta av vårt ljuvliga paradis som ligger mitt emellan två prisbelönta sommarstäder, nämligen mellan Kalmar och Karlskrona. Det lilla huset ligger med en bilfärd om cirka 30 min till de båda städerna. Som du då säkert förstår bjuds det på gott om olika utflyktsmål och vacker natur. Förlänger du din tur till Kalmar så når du ju även trivsamma Öland.
