Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Centrally located apartment near the Moselle

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Willkommen in unseren liebevoll renovierten Haus aus dem Jahr 1850, mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Traben-Trarbach! Nur 3 Gehminuten trennen euch vom Moselufer und der charmanten Einkaufsstraße mit ihren Cafés und Restaurants. In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. Ich freue mich darauf, euch in dieser schönen Umgebung zu begrüßen und euren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen!

Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be reached via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 additional beds (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person 20€ extra charge) can be booked.
