The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

It is one of only 8 water-filled craters in the Eifel and is located in the middle of the village - right in front of the holiday home. The name Stollenstube is trend-setting: In 2022 the "Maarstollen" will be opened to visitors. The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished with the highest possible comfort and lots of love. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

Apartment in a wonderful location, near Moseltherme Traben-Trarbach. Surrounded by beautiful nature in a secluded location with fantastic views and tranquility. 3 minutes to the popular Moseltherme! Wellness and hiking trails at your doorstep! 15 minutes' walk to the beautiful old town of Traben-Trarbach and the Moselle riverbank. But also in and around your apartment you can relax and make it "nice:" by arrangement the use of sauna, pool or hot tub is possible (extra costs)

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
