The view of the water can be enjoyed either from one of the terraces or you can sit on the shore and enjoy the sounds of the sea with your feet in the water. You can fish right from the beach. The house was built in the '60s, continually refreshed with e.g. renovated kitchen and bathroom with 4-person whirlpool from which you can also enjoy the water views. There is a steam cabin for 2 people. 4 bedrooms. The mezzanine is best suited for children as it is very small. Outdoor shower with hot water as well as a fish cleaning table and a campfire. For children there are swings. The house is heated with a heat pump, reducing the consumption of electric heating. Welcome to our cozy place which is close to water, forest and a short drive from Nakskov. The house is from 1960 but continuously renovated in 2022-2024. The house is used as a retirement home for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there's room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen, and two living rooms. There are great ocean views to the east. The house is ideal for the large family or several couples.

At Emmerbølle Camping there are plenty of playgrounds, swimming pool and ball fields. At the same time, there is peace and quiet to get in full swing. The campsite is scenic with its own beach and a wealth of cycling and hiking opportunities. In squares there is also a shop with the possibility of buying breakfast bread, ice cream, etc.
