Giuseppe was very warm and eager as a host and immediately available for any issue. The place is very quiet and you can switch off superbly. The system is beautiful and like a film. The apartment is well equipped and Giuseppe also prepared us a lot of snacks and chilled drinks on arrival. We rarely experienced that. In a neighboring bakery we got 2 fresh croissants every day for free. The bakery can be reached by bike in 1-2 minutes - we received the bikes from Giuseppe. He also gave us numerous tips for the area (Trapani, Erice) and recommended restaurants. We felt at home and would recommend it to anyone!

What a wonderful stay! Luisa - the person who welcomed us, opened the house, heard from us regularly and fixed small problems - is a pearl, charming and responsive. The house is as described, very pleasant to live in, perfect with a "parent" room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs for children (which allows parents to have their bubble). Stunning pool, large and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The shaded garden and full of little relaxation areas. Really great vacation.

We spent a week in October in beautiful sunshine. We loved the personal family nature of this house. Beautiful stylish and creative decor. Idyllic location for privacy with the most gorgeous terrace. We swam off the rocks with snorkels to see some colourful fish. Nearby San Vito lo Cappo was great for food, sandy beach and shops. A perfect holiday!

A great accommodation in a quiet area near Scopello. Beautiful bays for snorkeling and swimming can be quickly reached by car. In addition, there are very good restaurants with authentic Sicilian cuisine within a few minutes. The accommodation is really good - everything there that is needed, it is clean and beautifully furnished. I liked the outdoor area the best. Outdoor shower with warm water, there are also many seating options around the house. The view is fantastic. Daniele is a wonderful host. We felt very comfortable.

the house in which we as a group of friends were allowed to stay for a week was more than worth it, full of comforts, super location, and a beautiful balcony. In short, had a great week!

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful dominant location on a hill with sea, mountain and surrounding vineyard views at almost 360°, quiet. Really easy and fast access (5 min?) to Castellammare del Golfo. Villa in perfect condition of renovation and very well equipped, a south-facing terrace and a large veranda, very pleasant, east-facing and very useful in strong winds. The car enters the gravel driveway without any problems. There are two elegant bedrooms with a large bed and an en-suite bathroom for one and not far away for the other, both have a large walk-in shower. Our host is available and responsive. In short, all the comfort is there and the whole is neat. PS: on the practical side, do not forget to buy bottled water because the tap water is not declared drinkable on site.

It’s so unusual to find such classic 19th Century beauty in a villa in Italy that has all usable appliances and modern comforts in such extraordinary natural surroundings. Vivi and Peppe’s family home is a true example of Sicilian beauty at its best: old school elegance and a tribute to relaxed savior vivre. My favorite part is the Coffee House, a very civilized structure conceived for noble mansions in the 1800s which was turned into a peaceful setting to enjoy the shade of the back garden and the fresh little pool. Just what you need after a long day exploring or splashing around! Vivi is the best host I’ve met during years of Airbnb use - she’s always there when you need her, goes the extra mile to help and she’s a joy to speak with. She’s full of wit, charm and discretion. Plus the Stagnone is only two steps away with its tranquil waters, mighty wind (ideal to start or practice kite/wing surfing), a morning dip or a romantic walk at sunset. Was a joy to be their guest.

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Palme! Giovanni, Antonella, and Valeria were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators from start to finish. Their home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for families with young children and babies. We felt so at home that we ended up extending our stay by several nights! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the instructions for household tasks like waste disposal were clear and easy to follow. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and would highly recommend Villa Palme to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

What a lovely home. Every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom and its own AC system. The villa was beautifully and meticulously landscaped, and the saltwater pool was sparkling clean. Every one enjoyed the local cats who loved to visit. We had many family dinners at the villa and will return home with wonderful memories. You will need a car. Although situated near grocery stores and a restaurant or two, it is on a steep hill (hence the great views!).

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

Such a great house - highlight is the outdoor kitchen and the grounds! Works very well for a 2 family group such as ours as there is lots of space and people can come together or do their own thing.

We had an incredible stay at Elena’s beautiful country house in Sicily. Nestled in a peaceful valley overlooking Calatafimi, the home offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and the swimming pool provided stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Relaxing by the pool while gazing at the panoramic landscape was a highlight of our trip. Elena’s hospitality truly stood out. She was warm, attentive, and always available to offer recommendations or help with any request. The location was ideal—secluded enough for tranquility, yet close to historical sites and authentic Sicilian dining. This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

Villa Laura is a wonderful place to stay, an amazing villa in beautiful surroundings and like a real home, not just a holiday rental. Alberto and Maria greeted us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, they left us some local goodies as a welcome gift that were very much appreciated. The pool and grounds are immaculate, plenty of outdoor seating and two outdoor dining areas. The villa itself is furnished in a very homely way and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alberto always responded when I had a query and offered loads of tips regarding where to go and what to see. Scopello is a very quaint village with plenty of restaurants, a few bars and cafes and only a 15 minute walk up a gentle hill. Two supermarkets are close by and there’s an amazing organic shop and restaurant just behind the supermarkets, great food and very cheap home produced wine. A perfect home close to stunning coves and crystal clear waters. Thank you Alberto and Maria !

We had a great stay at the villa. It was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9. The pool was a nice bonus, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for group meals. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, with a large store just a short walk away for anything we needed. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

We visited for a family wedding and Villa Jacqueline was perfect for the family. It is well maintained and set in a lovely quiet location with hills either side. Nice spacious outdoor areas with BBQ and super swimming pool. It did not disappoint. A couple of problems we had were dealt with very efficiently.
