Close to the city center, renovated in January 2021, two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and is accessible by stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hotplate). Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar are available. The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
