Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Das Appartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unserer "Oase am Meer" in Groß Schwansee (Gemeinde Kalkhorst) und verfügt über 75 qm Wohnfläche. Es besteht aus 2 Schlafräumen, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Wintergarten. Vor dem Appartement befindet sich eine Terrasse in Südlage. Aus allen Zimmern blicken Sie in den Garten. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über eine Stufe. Zwischen Küche und Wintergarten gibt es eine weitere Stufe.

The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
