The cottage is located 100m from the pond with the possibility of swimming, offers an outdoor fireplace with a smokehouse, beautiful walks in the woods and in season abundant for mushroom picking. There are very well marked hiking and biking trails in the area.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

On the ground floor, I have my studios.

This completely renovated house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna boasts breathtaking views of Lake Branka. You can store all your swimming and fishing equipment in the private "boathouse" with a stove.
