The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Enjoy a few days in our apartment at 1500 m above sea level and you will have complete peace and quiet, experience pure relaxation and an incredible view of the surrounding Carinthian lake and mountain landscape. The entire apartment is decorated with unique designer pieces and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The apartment is 36 m² and can accommodate up to six people. Pets are also welcome at any time. Hundreds of meals have been prepared here for the castle's employees. We offer a cozy living kitchen, with small nods to kitchen utensils and on the walls is an ode to Austrian delicacies. Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
