I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

Brilliant Airbnb long-stay experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in this stunning spacious and private self-contained apartment and the place is a perfect combination of feeling hidden away and isolated in the wilderness while everything including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes drive away. The bath is huge and with a skylight allowing you to enjoy a bubble bath while looking at the sky. High speed reliable internet allowed effortless remote work including videos calls and streaming. A huge range of sushi is available daily at the SPAR just down the road.The hosts who were present on the premises in the lower floor of the house during the duration of our stay were very discrete and privacy-respecting . Definitely booking again.

Wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the surroundings from the wood-fired hot tub. Easy walk to town for tasty local food, and a nice hike to the 3 land point. Cottage was wonderful, well stocked for cooking, and very peaceful. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay with Martina and Markus! Everything was super clean, lovingly furnished and very cozy. The two are extremely friendly and warm hosts - you immediately feel welcome. We also particularly liked the cuddly cat, which provided additional moments of well-being. The parking space directly in front of the house was extremely practical, and also in the kitchen there was really nothing missing – everything was there that you need. The whole process was completely uncomplicated, including a later check-out, which was made possible without any problems. We recommend the accommodation 100% and would be happy to come back anytime. We had a wonderful stay with Rosanna! Everything was exactly as described. What we loved most was the apartment’s fantastic central location—everything is within a 15-minute drive. The place was clean, cozy, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming 👍 If we return to Gerlitzen Alpe for skiing, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. A well-deserved 5-star rating! 🌟

We spent 3 nights at Peter & Sandra's apartment and enjoyed our time very much. When we arrived, we had to change our apartment with another guest, but we got an even bigger than the original one. Peter and Sandra were excellent hosts, I recommend everyone who wants to spend some time in Carinthia.

We had a wonderful stay! Precisely because we know the place well, the stay was particularly nice and familiar for us. The large apartment was clean and well maintained, which offered us a lot of comfort. The amenities are fully available and we liked it very much. The location is perfect – central yet quiet so we could easily walk to everything in the place and the lake. We particularly liked the garden with the wonderful seating, which we unfortunately could not use due to our activities, but will certainly enjoy on a next visit. The dog always greeted us cheerfully and friendly when she was in the garden without being intrusive. It was lovely to experience their friendly manner. Overall the place was really great, and we would love to book it again anytime. Thank you very much for the nice time!

The apartment is within walking distance to the lake (about 5-10 min). Shopping in the neighborhood, train station also 3-4 min away. Alexandra and Manfred were friendly to the masses, something you rarely experience. Manfred provided his private carport upon our departure, so that we could leave the vehicle for the entire day free of charge after checkout. Alexandra and Manfred live in the immediate vicinity and were always very easy to reach for questions and tips. The air conditioning works perfectly. The only drawback of the apartment is the street. Nevertheless, we would come back any time. The layout of the apartment is optimally furnished, which is why it is also suitable for two adults and a baby. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The view from the balcony over the entire valley is simply breathtaking, whether by day or night, you can't get enough of it! We always like to come to Katja's accommodation! You have complete peace & quiet and can spend a very nice time!

Andrea's place is perfect. comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean, quiet, the tableware is a spectacle, and the area... oh what a place, what a country... what respect, education, cleanliness, full of flowers, spectacular!!!!!!!

A beautiful, modern apartment in a great location to enjoy the outdoor pursuits that Bovec offers. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 7. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Sarah and her family were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)

Could not think of a more perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Bled. Incredibly easy check in, super responsive and helpful host, and the place was very quiet and cozy. If I ever find myself back in Bled, this will be at the top of my list!

This airbnb was beautiful, very clean, and spacious for two people. The environment is so pretty and peaceful. Easy drive or bike ride into town. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating! We rented bikes and they let us store them inside their locked garage. I would recommend this place if you are looking a relaxing space and very convenient.
