UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN A MAGICAL LOCATION

A little bit of paradise... It's how you feel when you step into this fantastic house that is tucked behind chalky white sand dunes on a large nature plot by the shore of the sea. The house, in a well-preserved original condition from 1961, has an unassuming elegance and is at the same time so brilliant in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here, he was able to retreat and enjoy the tranquility.

Nice house with proximity to the beach

We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Fridfullt och centralt boende med trädgård som en egen oas. Centrum och centralstation nås på 5 min, stranden på 12 min med cykel. Endast 15 min till Näset, 25 min till Falsterbo och Malmö. Huset är 135 kvm inkl. källarplan med bastu, biljard och relax. Ett sovrum (familjesäng och 2 bäddsoffor som bäddas ut till dubbelsängar). Ett badrum och en toalett. Pool april–oktober. Jacuzzi finns att tillgå. Under sommaren ansvarar gäster även för lättare skötsel av trädgård, pool och vattning av blommor

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...
