The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. My house is located directly on the lake, a short walk (10 meters) from the bus stop; in addition, from the house, the walk to the lake begins, which leads to the nearby public beach, where you can relax and swim. The walk continues and runs along the entire town. The Greenway, an easy pedestrian path, starts from my house, from which you can reach the various villages of Tremezzina. Free outdoor reserved parking (10 meters from my house).
