Restaurants, Bäckerei mit Lebensmittelverkauf, Bierbrauerei, Weinstuben in fünf Minuten zu Fußerreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Ruhige Wohnumgebung, keine Autos am Haus.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.
