It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. 2-Zi.-Unterkunft mit priv. Bad (Lüftung, da Reihenhaus) im Tiefparterre meines Hauses. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus/Fahrrad in die City oder zum Bahnhof. Der Flur zwischen den Zimmern wird von mir und meiner Tochter ab und zu benutzt, um in den Heizungsraum oder das Atelier zu gelangen. Man ist direkt in der Natur. Restaurants, Bäckerei mit Lebensmittelverkauf, Bierbrauerei, Weinstuben in fünf Minuten zu Fußerreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Ruhige Wohnumgebung, keine Autos am Haus.

Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Apartment in Ruwer - quiet altitude

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

At the Kaiserthermen Trier, with garage parking space

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Kaiserthermen, top amenities, with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travelers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business travelers and vacationers.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. This 67 sqm renovated apartment in real loft style is located between Römerbrücke and Karl-Marx-Haus. The stylish decor with a large couch, relaxation pillows and private hot tub ensures a relaxed feel-good atmosphere after an eventful day in beautiful Trier. The location is ideal for city visits: The pedestrian zone starts 650 m away. The Kaiserthermen and the Porta Nigra are about 15-20 minutes' walk. Bus line 1 stops just 350 meters away (Barbaraufer).
