Holiday rentals with a patio in Trieste

Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Wir waren jetzt zum 2.mal hier und werden wieder kommen. James ist der perfekte Gastgeber, der sich wirklich bemüht und kümmert. Das Haus liegt wunderschön idyllisch im Grünen, trotzdem ist das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Alles perfekt, wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

You are going to LOVE staying here! Not only is Silke an amazing, kind hostess, but her place is gorgeous, has an amazing location, and is oh so comfortable! She has made her place so sweet with live plants, comforable linens, and awesome cookware. Cooks, she has a gas stove and its awesome! She showed us the great town hiking trail, directed us to the best ice cream shop, and gave us all the details of the town spa. Oh, the best part, is the Silke is a master massage therapist. Take her up on her offer to get a massage and you'll feel great!

4 of us stayed for 1 night, lovely host. Good location & easy to walk to beach. Parking available. Very nice balcony, comfortable beds & slept well. Good facilities and would happily stay again if we were in the area. No complaints at all 🙂

Smarje is a lively, well equipped village with a great local food store with delicious baked croissants, bread, meats, veg & fruit. It is a few min walk to the store & bus stop. People are every friendly & helpful & it is easy to catch the bus to Koper Izola & Piran. Jani provided a list of recommendations for transport, restaurants & parking spaces in these towns, which was very helpful. Jani's place is super clean, with good parking and he is only to happy to help with any questions/ concerns. Highly recommend Jani"s place to stay in.

Unser Kurztrip nach Slowenien war wirklich super & und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war ruhig und man konnte auf kurzen Wegen viele schöne Orte besuchen, die Unterkunft nahe Koper war dafür ideal. Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Klein aber fein. Tolles Bett, in der Küche war alles Nötige vorhanden, nur der Herd war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, er ging nur mit gutem Zureden an. Patrik ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns gleich zu einem selbstgemachten Nusslikör einlud. Am ersten Morgen bekamen wir von der Mutter einen Kirschstrudel serviert. Die Lage ist perfekt. Stadtnah zu Koper und nicht weit zu vielen schönen Städten, z.B. Piran etc. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen🙏🏼 Dort werden ein paar Appartements vermietet, sowie Parken für Camper. Für diejenigen, die gesellschaft mögen, gibt es ein Riesentisch draußen, wo man einen schönen Abend beim Wein verbringen könnte. Es gibt Klimaanlage, kleine Küche und ein Balkon. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war einfach nur wunderschön, wir würden es empfehlen!

First, the apartment is in a great location. You are within 25 min - 1/2 hour of all the major local attractions: Lipica Stud Farm, Skocjan Cave, and Postojna Cave. Second, the town is small, peaceful, and pretty. There are 2 bars nearby for drinks and snacks and 3 miles away there are restaurants and supermarkets. Third, the apartment is spacious and lovely and extremely clean and neat. As a visitor from Italy, I appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet, which you don't often see in Slovenia. Fourth, our host was very kind, helpful, and friendly. He had a lot of available information about the area ready. When we asked him for some other information, he immediately fetched it. He gifted us with many snacks, foods and wine, very kindly. This apartment is a great place in which to enjoy rural Slovenia.

Peter’s apartment is so magic… this place is so quiet and renovated very esthetic. You’re in the middle of nowhere. You can have slow mornings with sunshine and nature. But don’t forget you need to have car. Wifi works very well. Kitchen well equipped.

Tamara et Marian furent des hôtes chaleureux. Ils nous ont accueillis personnellement et nous indiqués les activités à faire dans la région. Le logement est très propre et c’est très tranquille. On est à dix minutes de la grotte de Postojna.

The place was an absolute find. It was everything we hoped. Beautiful home, well furnished. Best thing was the greeting. We were personally met and we were really well taken care of. We were given tips of the local restaurants and sights, and the service was really, really frienldy. Full five stars

Sandi est une hote formidable d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons aimés la maison très propre, avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique. Très bel environnement. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Sandi. Il y a une place pour garer la voiture.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Silva was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with check-in and providing us with recommendations for the area during our stay. It's a lovely apartment, with many personal touches, including art by Silva and her family of artists. The place was quiet and private, and had everything we needed for our stay. Was the perfect base we needed.

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

wir hatten 10 wunderbaren Tage in Andrej's Wohnung. die Terrasse ist ein Traum um zu Frühstücken oder am Abend noch zu lesen etc. die Umgebung war bei uns sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr klug ausgedachte und gestaltetes Raumkonzept in dem wir uns schnell sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt haben. Andrej hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell geholfen. die Anfahrt war für uns mit dem Auto zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem, da wir ein sehr kleines Auto haben. wenn man noch einen Kinderwagen braucht ist ein kleines leichtes Modell praktischer, da die Stufen recht eng sind um einen kinderwagen in die Wohnung zu tragen. wir haben den Aufenthalt im ganzen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

After spending nights in 15 different hotels throughout Croatia and Slovenia it was a such joy to walk into Suzana’s place and have it all to ourselves for 5 nights. Although the space is compact it is extremely well-designed and very functional with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a great location with a 10 min downhill walk into the centre of Piran. We loved being close to the centre but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We spent the afternoons reading on the gorgeous patio and then walked back into town for dinner. We didn’t have a car but there is a car spot out front if you have a car. Tony and Suzana went out of their way to assist us and gave us lots of good advice on things to see and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend Suzana’s place to anyone visiting Piran but be prepared to walk up and down hills!
