This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Geniet van de rust en mooie zonsondergang en maak gerust gebruik van onze BBQ of vuurhaard. Beschikt over 4 pits gasfornuis met oven en grill. NB. Er is een nieuw toilet gebouw met douche aanwezig. De afmetingen van de 2 eenpersoonsbedden: 0.70 cmx1.84m maar kunnen desgewenst omgebouwd worden naar een tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 x 2.00 m. Zie ook 2e advertentie.

This neighborhood is known as Het Gouden Eiland, a villa neighborhood with houses built in the period 1910-1930. Het Gouden Eiland is in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seating, kitchen, shower with toilet, king-size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

Hoeve Hunzedal is situated near many nature reserves, such as the Hunzedal, the Drentse Aa, and the Hondsrug (UNESCO), making it the perfect base for wonderful walking and cycling tours (free bicycle storage available). It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
