There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

Possibility of close contact with animals.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of vibrant Solsiden with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping center. Short walking distance to the center of the city and everything you want from sights for a stay in Trondheim.

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Sentral og romslig leilighet på "Solsiden" med flott beliggenhet. Luftig utsikt og meget gode solforhold. Gangavstand til bykjernen med alle restauranter, butikker og kulturtilbud. Lekeparker innen gangavstand. Leiligheten har sol fra morgen til kveld på 2 egne store balkonger som er godt møblert. 3 soverom med hhv. 1x150, 1x150 og 1x180 seng. Leiligheten er romslig for opptil 4 personer, men det er grei plass for 6. Vi tror du vil trives godt i leiligheten enten det er for jobb eller fritid.

Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Large and nice townhouse on lovely Lade. Well suited for the extended family or two families with children. Four bedrooms and sleeps 7-9. Free parking. The townhouse is close to the botanical garden, Ladestien, and 300 meters from Devlebukta (beach). There is a great deal of shops in the immediate vicinity, and close to a short walking distance to the bus and train station.
