Play parks within walking distance. The apartment has sun from morning to evening on 2 own large balconies that are well furnished. 3 bedrooms with 1x120, 1x160 and 1x180 bed respectively. The apartment is spacious for 4 people but is rigged for 6 people. We think you will enjoy the apartment whether it is for work or pleasure.

Big apartment, sauna and view

Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available from 12/1 to 22/2 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Enjoy an idyllic stay at sunny Solsiden

A beautiful apartment in a unique location with a large window area in the living room overlooking the river Nidelven. The spacious terrace with furniture provides excellent conditions on sunny days, fantastic for late summer nights. The popular Solsiden area with it's many bars and restaurants is available within a short walk. Despite the urban placement of the apartment, the neighbourhood is quiet making for a comfortable night's sleep.

Leilighet sentralt på Melhus. Bare tre minutter å gå til godt kollektivtilbud til Trondheim. Leiligheten er på 80 kvm, bygd i 2019. Det er parkeringplass i parkeringskjeller og tilgang til elbillader. Egner seg for ferie-opphold, men mer langsiktige avtaler kan også inngås. Pendler-bolig kan for eksempel være en mulighet.
