Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Truckee River

We were in town for a family wedding and chose this rental because it was close to my sister’s house. In addition to being close to family, it was easy to get downtown and to get an Uber to take you places. The house was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hosts always responded quickly to our messages.

My family and I had such a great time on our little trip, especially with how clean and peaceful this home was! Probably one of the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. It was really clean, the kitchen had all the things you’ll need. The games wall was such a hit with for my 2 year old, he had a lot of board games he could pick from! We would definitely be staying here in the future!

This was a great spot for our group. We were family coming from 3 states for a wedding! LussoStay was very responsive. There was little hitch getting in at first. But resolved in a few hours!

What a great place! It is clean and modern, and very thorough and detailed instructions were provided. Our host was very responsive and helpful, especially when the weather and travels seemed daunting. It’s in a great location with great amenities and comfortable beds and furniture. We hope to return again in the future!

Barbara is very knowledgable about Fernely having lived here a long time. She is accomodating and gave me my privacy when I was in the room. Her house is situated perfectly between old and new shopping, restaurants and amenities. She has the friendliest chihuahuas I've ever met, plus they are not very vocal. The pups are clean and respectful, if you can imagine that!! A great place to stay in Fernley.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had beautiful big windows to take in the peaceful surroundings. The hosts proactively communicated and made the process easy, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment of our time. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The apartment was perfect. We travelled for a sports competition and we liked that it wasn’t too far from the convention center. The apartment was so cozy my teens wanted to stay an extra day.

Good stay for the price, I would stay again. Nice quiet dead end street. Beautiful oak trees. Enjoyed walking in the park. Large dining hall with computer desk. Close to town, but still quiet. There’s 2 park gates across the street, one in each direction. But beware of the many large dogs often off leash inside the park. I appreciated not having an attached kitchen to the room, it made the room extra quiet (mini fridges buzzing in hotel rooms can be loud). I’m autistic and my nervous system could actually rest here. Soft bed. It is community living and sound travels, it was minimal but sometimes temporarily annoying. Some furniture was worn down but adequately covered. For women staying here: there are no deadbolts or security locks aside from the keypad, and the room door to the hallway opens outwards so an extra hotel security lock won’t work here.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend at the convention center. I find casinos fun in very short spurts, but I avoid sleeping at casino hotels. The Alexander is great for a short stay with young kids. Lots of amenities geared towards family fun. This unit is very clean and quiet with plenty of space for two people (if you are ok sharing a king bed). I got the feeling that this would be a good place to sleep for a mount Rose ski trip too. Good brewery & pizza spots nearby and easy access to freeway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And tip: fill out Lusso’s online forms early. I waited until 5pm on check in day. Check in is at 3pm and I assumed 5pm would be fine. BUT, Lusso processes the online forms manually and we had to wait outside about an hour before we could get lockbox code for the keys.

This was perfect for the 5 of us! My kids are too big for us all to fit in one hotel room and too young to have their own hotel room. This was perfect and it’s always so nice to have a kitchen and laundry. It was ideal.

good spot to stay close to the lake. few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurant. the living room is big and kitchen well equipped. it is great that they have a pack and play and a high chair for kid.

It was really great experience staying at Evolve’s place, we love the interior design and structure, the small extra study room was nice really. Hope we have another chance to stay again in the future!

Great choice for a private and quiet Airbnb in the Incline Village. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lake Tahoe

The place was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids. We loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and the beach. Even though there was no snow at the time we went, we enjoyed how peaceful it was and we were able to drive to Truckee for some snow play time.

Great stay in general. Location is good, everything is clean. Some mentioned the location is hard to find, but we just navigated using the provided address (with unit number) and we were able to find the unit without issues. The only issue is that one bathroom bathtub sink was a bit clogged but we found out the second night so it didn’t bother us much. We informed Vacasa and hopefully it will get fixed soon

This was our second stay in this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It is beautifully designed, very conveniently located, perfectly furnished and equipped, and truly meets all of our family's needs. We love Northstar and this condo and hope to return for a third visit!
