We loved our stay. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Great location, easy to walk to town and restaurants as well as numerous hiking and nature nearby.

Janet was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive and made the weekend so easy. We loved her place, too!

This was the perfect location! It was off the busy main roads but still so close to all the fun South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The house was perfect, comfortable, and felt like home. But you step outside and there was the feel of the great outdoors with a little stream running through the property and being up on the mountain side. 10/10 will recommend this property to any of my friends or family, and will definitely be booking again on my next trip back.

This beautiful cottage was well thought out. Decorated, fully equipped and peaceful. We were in town to do a bit of sking and this cottage was reasonably close to Sierra. It was perfect. Hot water ran out quick, but besides that, it was a charm.

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

Love, love, love this cottage! My absolute favorite Air BnB! It's adorable and Stacey goes above and beyond. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. Love sitting in the courtyard and watching the birds. Cottage is very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful host, location, and space. Clean, quiet, and convenient to the shops and attractions of Grass Valley. The stairs to the third-floor bedroom are very steep and not suited to anyone with balance or mobility issues, but we found the whole place and experience to be delightful. Highly recommend.

Ivy’s cottage was perfect for our group of three (a single and a couple). Super cozy and comfy beds, perfectly spacious for us, cute little balcony, and quiet. It was walkable to areas of town (if you’re ok with a few hills) and also still on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Highly recommend Andrew's place. He has equipped the beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need or want. Responsive host, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping centers where you will find all you need. with friends in the area, we'll be back.

What a lovely place. I felt safe, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer, and a double burner hot plate to cook on, and the keurig was a bonust too! The internet was fast, which is exactly what I needed for school. I went for an evening walk on the walking path behind the property and saw wild rabbits and ducks in the water. It was bright and clean, and the sun was shining in the windows every morning. The neighborhood was quiet, and kids were playing down the street. I really felt like I was visiting family. I had an opportunity to meet my host too; he was kind and personable. I will book this place again if I need to go back to Reno. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice, very comfy place for me and my 88 year old Mom for one night so she could attend a small family gathering in nearby Coloma. Got to talk with Susan for a few minutes with her grandbaby. Very nice lady. Felt very comfortable here. Add this stay with the others that I would definitely book again.

Absolutely one of the cleanest Airbnbs. Quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. Penny was very kind and responsive. We were able to walk to the high school for graduation which was a nice surprise. Super grateful for such a lovely Casita!! Thank you

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

We had a great stay here. Was cool to see the horses, chickens, and other animals on the farm, and the setting was beautiful. Side note that - this is listed - but there is no Wi-Fi, which I thought was strange in any lodging nowadays, but especially when there is also no TV and not much else around. Overall we would stay again!

We were looking for a peaceful dog-friendly stay for our trip out to Amador wine country and Michael & Clint's property delivered! The shipping container concept was brilliant and we looked forward to spending time on the deck. We were thrilled when we got there to find that the deck was fully enclosed which allowed us to take the leashes off! We had a great evening eating outside under the lights then turning everything off and enjoying the night sky. We will definitely return with our dogs on our next trip! As a side note we have previously stayed in Plymouth, Jackson and Mokelumne Hill where there is a dearth of electric car chargers. This location was ideal for running up to Placerville, charging our car while enjoying espresso drinks at Pachamama Coffee.

Beautiful well-cared for Ranch with adjacent numerous similarly well-maintained Horse Ranches. Lovely cabin with homey but stylish feel perfect for a relaxing nature getaway with excellent amenities. Lovey people. Overall, superb stay.

Thank you, Darla, for hosting us in your very cute cottage. We were very comfortable, and were able to rest after having played pickleball for so many days in a row. It was quiet and relaxing, and yet we ended up finding another pickleball court within walking distance, and enjoyed playing there too. Parking was easy and simple, and the cottage was the perfect size for 2 adults. Huge plus to having a laundry/dryer inside! Overall, great place to stay!

Love this AirBnb- so cute, quaint, and love the location for walks along the river, close to coffee shops and restaurants, and walking distance to downtown too! Super comfy bed and pull out sofa, which was perfect for my son and I while we were house hunting for our move here.. Loved the easy walk to Idlewild Park to the Sunday farmers market and the awesome proximity to the river/shops/restaurants. Love the modern touches on the kitchen and bathroom, and the awesome bathtub/shower! I highly recommend Patrick's place to anyone looking for the perfect stay & location! Patrick was super responsive whenever we had a question too! An awesome host!
