Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Truckee River

Really enjoyed the layout of the home and the kitchen. The jetted tub in the masters really nice and the pool table and games led to alot of fun nights with friends. Host was really responsive and instrucions were clear and check in/out was easy.

We loved staying at Ian’s home. The response time was amazing. We went to check in and the code was not working, however they called and made sure we were able to get into the home. We loved playing ping pong. We did not actually use the kitchen as we were away from the home for meals. There were ants on the counter and in the dining room, but they said they would look into taking care of this problem. I am sure they will as this group of people were amazing to communicate with during our stay. I would recommend this home. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We have 4 girls and two of them were graduating at UNR the same weekend and your home fit us all wonderfully. We loved the huge open common living room/kitchen/dining room where we could all enjoy each others company. We were so happy to have a fun backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, large table, fire pit and lots of extra seating! And it backed up to a park! This has been a tradition to give each girl a fun college graduation get together and this home checked all the boxes! Absolutely pristine home! Thank you, Wendy B

The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the nature. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with convenience in mind. My friends and I booked Ginny's place for a girl's weekend trip to Virginia City. It's well located - close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but also in a very quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us. It also provided a lot more amenities than a motel closer to VC would have. The landscaping at the home is quite lovely. The home is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the kitchen and the hot tub during our stay. There are some strict rules to follow, but they aren't difficult and help keep the home nice. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay for a trip to Reno, VC, or the surrounding areas, I'd definitely recommend Ginny's place. You get what you pay for!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! The home is absolutely beautiful—especially the deck, which offers stunning views of the lake. We spent so much time soaking in the scenery. Inside, the living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but still so close to everything you need in Tahoe City. This was our first summer trip to Lake Tahoe, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the views to the comfort and convenience, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

The house was so comfortable, well built and beautifully designed and decorated and the outdoor area was a great place to hang out as a group. This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Our group had an incredible trip! The house was exactly like the photos (possibly even better) and slept 10 adults comfortably. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location up the mountain only 5 minutes from the ski lift and less than 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good times.

My wife and I grew up there, always take our kids yearly. Genoa is a staple of the sierra’s, especially the hot springs. They now have a new pool and hot tub area with BBQ’s. Can’t recommend enough, the beauty, the peace, and the fun!!! As always we’ll be back, and got any early in and late out, very flexible “if they can be”, and this trip they were🥰

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

The house was amazing. Everyday was enjoyable. With the outdoor theatre and hot tub. The place is perfect to relax with all the greenery surrounding it. It was a much needed staycation for me and my wife. With such amazing facilities everything was perfect. It had everything we needed the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans. We were looking for a private, rustic, yet modern weekend retreat and we found it. The setting was great and the cabin had all the indoor and outdoor amenities we were expecting, plus an expansive deck with comfortable furniture - and a helpful bug zapper!

Beautiful cabin in the woods with comfortable beds and relaxing hot tub. Hot tub was already warm when we arrived and no extra charge to use the hot tub. Wonderful kitchen where we made breakfast and we went out to dinner at local restaurants. About 10 mins away from Boreal and Donner Ski Ranch and close to several other Tahoe Ski resorts. We woke up to several cute chipmunks running in the snow right outside the sliding door. Would go back.

Great location and the house met our needs so well for the weekend. The amenities like the hot tub and view from the deck were really nice! We would stay here again for sure!
