We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Everything was as expected. Very clean and well supplied. Close to all great restaurants and Incline Village activities. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone and will be back ourselves for sure.

We had the best stay at Lake Tahoe and it was made even better by our home at the Winans' townhouse (Mitchell). The location was perfect; just a short drive to Sand Harbor and even shorter drive (just minutes) to South Lake Tahoe. The complex was quiet and peaceful. With this unit being just steps away from the shore, the views from the balconies were gorgeous. The condo was spacious and stocked with everything we could need. Although we didn't travel with children, I noticed that there was a closet full of necessities for kids. Such a home-y and cozy feel. I highly recommend and would stay again. We really enjoyed our stay at Elie's! Check in was a breeze, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing weekend. Elie is super responsive and made things so easy.

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

Thomas and Omar are great and very responsive. The house is very nice and cozy. The view from the balcony is amazing during the day and get to see the milky way at night too. The area is nice and quiet but still close enough to get to Stateline and the lake for activities and nice restaurants.

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and spotless. We had no trouble finding it thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts, who were fantastic with communication from start to finish. The home had everything we needed—full amenities, cozy atmosphere, and all the little details that made it feel special. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s birthday. She had an amazing time and couldn’t stop smiling! We felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment. No issues at all during our stay, just peace, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe all around us. We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a lovely and stress-free experience. The house feels just as nice as it looks. I've stayed at various Airbnb's in Tahoe over the years and I can say that this house is the nicest and most comfortable. The area is very quiet and convenient with quick access to grocery stores, Lake Tahoe, and ski resorts. Brittany was very communicative and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. I would highly recommend this stay.

Great place. Second time staying with Brockway Springs. Easy check in. Clean accommodations, great amenities and great location. Love the fact that every time I thought I was in trouble for forgetting something at home, it was right there for us to use. Had great time, highly recommend.

Such a lovely home to stay at! The photos represent the space well, and there is so much attention to detail in crafting the space into an aesthetic yet home-y place. The kayaks were a wonderful perk, and we loved how walkable it was to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We were also very happy with a few other perk amenities that made our stay even better, such as a cooler bag for a picnic, after-sun lotion, beach towels, and the Pendleton blanket! The snacks on the table were also a happy surprise, especially for my husband, after long days of adventuring the Tahoe area! It was a quiet street, which we enjoyed, and Stephanie did a wonderful job sharing thorough information. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

5 / 5 stars. My wife and I came here for the first part of our honey moon and it was amazing. We felt right at home the entire time. The home is comfortable and just about everything is provided. The grocery store is local and we spent most of our days on the lake followed by a cozy home cooked dinner on the bbq and a movie on the couch. When we revisit Tahoe, which we most certainly will, we will be looking to staying here again.

This is a great place that accommodated our family very well. The location could not be better... steps from King's Beach and walking distance to everything you need to do in town. If you are having and event at the North Tahoe Events Center, this is where you want to stay! Being next door was key to our wedding and being able to walk all our props over the day of the event.

Colleen's place was great!! I visited in November with my two young boys. They loved the bunk beds and fun locker dresser. The house is super convenient- walkable to coffee and downtown restaurants. Colleen was amazing, she texted me about a potential issue with the bed way before my stay and even recommended some local playgrounds for us. If your visiting from out of town with kids I would recommend John Malkins park 🤌

The hosts were very accommodating to our last minute reservation when our car broke down on vacation. We can’t recommend this place enough. It was perfect for our group of 8. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy throw blankets in the living room. It’s a great place to bring your family because it is stocked with board games, puzzles, toys, and even a Nintendo. There is a storage closet stocked with beach chairs and goods to take to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Northstar, close to the village with a nice view looking out on trees and a creek. Gwendal was very helpful as a host, sharing lots of information, proactively offering ways to improve our stay, and always quick to respond. The condo was just a few steps from the parking lot (compared to others that are more of a walk) and is well kept. Nice shower. Thanks for a great stay!

Sebastian's house is very cozy and comfortable; it's the right place for winter and summer. We are definitely coming back here!

Upstairs was a little uncomfortable, down stairs bedroom mattress was great! The garage door wouldn’t close on its own, so we would have to jump over the sensor to close the garage door!

Leslie and John were great hosts. The house was amazing, renovated and everything was clean. It is walking distance to Village or the shuttle stop is close by as well. They were very flexible with ou check out due to our personal situation.

So beautiful, clean and very spacious. The garage was peace of mind and no fights over the bathroom because they were plenty for our big family. I have traveled a lot and this house has been so far the best

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.

Super friendly host, very clean property, and a great setup/layout for a ski weekend (both bedrooms have an ensuite)! The only downside was the fireplace was out of commission. This was clearly stated in the description though so no detractions here but definitely something to verify if it's a priority.
