Die Unterkunft war erwartet wie auf den Fotos. Die Unterkunft, war etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum aber ein 7Eleven und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn wir wieder nach Tulum kommen, werden wir uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden

El lugar es exactamente como en las fotos y mucho mejor, 10/10 la zona y el anfitrión siempre al pendiente.

Looked just like the pictures and was clean. Very modern and aesthetic. We stayed for one night and it wasn't noisy. The apartments are off the main road, so if you're walking then the gravel road can be troublsome. However we had a car so if was fine. It's not far from a 7/11 and other restaurants.

Jason was by far the best host I’ve had very responsive and on top of everything. The pace was gorgeous and not too far from the main strip. It’s a little tucked away so I would advise using IIK Hotel for more accurate location in google maps but all in all 10/10

There are no words to describe how absolutely perfect Alexandre's place in Tulum is! We are avid travelers (three kids) and it's rare you come upon absolute perfect. The place is new, modern, sleek, chic and comfortable. It has its own private deck with a small pool, then there an amazing shared space. It was friendly, safe and we really didn't want to leave! We hope to be back very soon. If you are looking for a place where you can unpack a suitcase and feel the Tulum vibe, this is it!

Un apartamento muy fancy, limpio y acogedor, nuestra estadía fue perfecta; si no tienes plan de salir a comer o cenar , Uber eats y Tomato llega al edificio. Muy amable el personal del edificio.

This Airbnb was the best one on our trip. I loved the apartment and of course the two pools on the roof top. It seemed like the best Airbnb around. There was no construction going on outside. However, they are currently building a kitchen downstairs so it can get loud a bit. But nothing too crazy. I would go back any time.

Me gustó mucho, estaba muy ordenado y limpio. La cama estuvo muy cómoda. Las áreas comunes estaban muy bonitas y en la terraza se podía ver tanto el amanecer como el atardecer. El botiquín del armario fue de mucha ayuda. El lugar está en una calle con poca iluminación y de noche puede llegar a dar un poco de desconfianza, sin embargo, en mi estadía estacionaba el carro enfrente del lugar y nunca llegó a pasarle nada. Como algo negativo la piscina del cuarto estaba un poco sucia. Aún así, mi experiencia en general fue sumamente buena.

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

Probably the best find in Tulum! We had a car for our entire vacation but we didn’t need it at all during the week. Everything you could possibly need is within 15 minutes walking distance. There’s a spot on the corner (3 minute walk) where you can rent ATVs, scooters and bikes for a very good price if you want to take a day trip somewhere else. Pam was super responsive for all our questions and concerns and even sent a very detailed guide on local recommendations. We actually used this for our planning of activities and they didn’t not disappoint. The pool was amazing for relaxing during the day on our down time from activities. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would definitely go back if I visit Tulum again.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos, tiene casi todo lo esencial para unos días en Tulum. Esta cerca de la playa y también del centro del pueblo. Necesitas coche para poder moverte pero tiene parking subterráneo.

Wonderful host, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Very thing was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed taxis. within walking 10 minutes distance from a little shopping/ dining center. Definitely recommend and would book again.

This place was amazing, I feel comfortablle, very good location, and supermarkets just walking minutes, the rooftop is amazing for sunsets, and Vianey the host very nice and she always respond and help with everything, I will stay again

Beautiful environment, very well equipped, felt like home. The only downside (but this is our own quirkiness) the mattresses are too soft for our backs. Other than that, can’t wait to get back. Most important was that any issue we might have had it was immediately addressed! Congrats on your customer service!

We stayed 4 nights 5 days and Betty's stay was awesome, very comfortable and clean! Great AC. Easy to check in and out. Private rooftop woth private pool! Her home looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect. Many restaurants right outside in the area 2min walk. There's also a bike rental shop 1 min walk away! 12/day USD. CON: Lots of ants in the kitchen. The kitchen was clean, there was just lots of ants on the counter. So please don't leave anything you want to eat, open on the counter. Anything we opened and didnt finish, we placed in the fridge. (It didnt bother us too much, so I didnt want to bother the host about it) The Shower head in one of the bathroom, the water sprayed off to the side, so that was a bit annoying taking showers 🚿 But definitely not a reason to lose a star! The water was hot and the pressure was good! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you Betty! 😊

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in Tulum! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. It felt like the best of both worlds: relaxing and private, but just a short walk or ride to amazing local restaurants and shops. Every meal we had nearby was delicious—Tulum definitely knows how to impress with its food scene! The space was clean, well-designed, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and culture of Tulum. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Beautiful place! Surrounded by nature. The condominium is amazing. The studio has everything you need, we made our breakfast there every morning, has a great gym! Location is great - but we were by car to have more flexibility, highly recommended. The only downside is that you can’t have drinks or bites around the pool - but maybe is flexible, because we saw a few people eating and drinking and the security just asked them not to drink inside the pool. And communication is great. We want to come back for sure!

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

Es una zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy lindo y cómodo, siempre al pendiente de los pormenores, solo batallé un poco con la ubicación ya que no cargué desde antes y en Tulum la red es un poco lenta

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the stay here! It was peaceful, private, safe & walking distance to La Veleta street which had great restaurants & coffee shops! I also appreciated that they had their own designated parking spot, perfect for keeping my car rental safe! This is the perfect place for 2, I am happy with our stay here!

Highly recommend this spacious apartment to stay, they have everything inside. Feels like at home. Fully equipped kitchen. There’s washer/dryer 2 in 1, that’s really comfortable. Nice balcony with garden view. Inside community there are 3 swimming pools and well equipped gym. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. In the building of community you can find Taqueria, French bakery and small mini market. For this location you need to rent either scooter or bike, it’s a bit far away from Zona Hoteliera and supermarkets. You can ask for bike rentals in reception or hosts, they are so nice.
