We had a wonderful stay at Pura Vida! The location was perfect for easily exploring the town and accessing all the delicious tacos. We rented some of the very affordable bikes and went to some cenotes which was perfect, and it's also very easy to get a car down to the beach. The rooftop was also perfect and so relaxing. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Good stay, very peaceful atmosphere Everything was spotless!

We LOVED our stay! The property was gorgeous, like a private oasis in the middle of town.. we stayed in the penthouse which was just lovely. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the area was within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants, we didn’t want to leave!! 100% would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Thor was super attentive and helped us navigate all the best things to do in Tulum. This spot is secluded and away from the main city / beach area but just close enough for whenever you want to go.

The hotel is beautiful and is an ideal rest oasis. The road to the hotel is not ideal on the last 200 meters so be warned to take it easy. The morning classes are great but unfortunately some of them have been shifted to another hotel location. The food is really tasty so are the drinks, although the later are on the expensive side. We’ve already been here twice, so overall it’s a great deal in the low season!

The private beach access and boutique style amenities were a surprise to us. Absolutely loved our stay! Wish we would have extended it!

Very good experience during my stay at Botånica. For a hostel, the facilities are luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and everything looks very clean. Located in a central area and you have the option to take a bike to get around much faster. The breakfasts are complete and very tasty. And best of all, the attention you get from the staff. Fernando is charming, he was attentive, friendly and helpful at all times. In short, if I go back to Tulum it will be to Botånica.

Everything is excellent. The space, the furniture and the kitchen are super good. Just be aware that the bathtub outside the room is at room temperature. Of course I would go back to this hotel. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍🏻

5-STAR FANTASTIC STAY! This is one of the best Airbnb's we've ever been to. - The place is brand new (the stainless steel appliances even still had plastic on the outlet plugs) - Sparkling clean, not a piece of dirt or anything out of place. Sheets, towels, countertops, floors, everything was impeccably clean. - This hotel has different rooms (bachelor, and then 1 bed & 2 bed with kitchens), since we needed a kitchen, we moved to a room that had a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee maker - it was perfect! - Wifi was fantastic (we work remotely) and so was the AC - Only 5 min taxi or 25 min walk to centro - Some nearby construction so bring earplugs :) - Laundry on site for an extra cost which was really convenient - The rooftop was the best! It has a pool, bar, tables, tanning chairs, splash pool & cabanas next to the pool where you can watch the sunset - Excellent restaurant is right below, you get 10% off We felt safe & very comfortable here 5/5 Recommend!

Jorge is super chill, communicative and locally knowledgeable. His place os easy to book and has a cool courtyard near some great restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Jorge!

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

Great and unique place to stay! We did not want to leave.

We had a lovely relaxing time in this lovely home on the beach. We were only six people but this house has seven bedrooms and seating for 16 so we had loads of space. The are many living spaces so even if you are a lot of people there is still space to relax. The onsite team kept the house clean and tidy each day, they even did our washing. They did an amazing job. Even when the power went out they were quick to bring online the backup generator so didn’t have any problems. The house is situated on Tankah bay, although no life guards its very calm and seems fairly safe to paddle board and swim. Bring your snorkel so you can see the coral and fish. It’s about 10mins drive from tulum, taxis and bus (with a walk) are possible but would highly recommend you rent a car to get to this house. There are security patrols so you feel safe all the time. Will be going back…

The stay was a lovely experience for us, the place is totally cute and beautifully made, especially with the built-in small pool. You could make contact with other travelers and it was a beautiful community. As a tip: I would instruct one of the people who work there to keep a little eye on the kitchen, e.g. in terms of dish soap, towels for washing up, etc. The towel in the kitchen smelled so bad upon arrival that we no longer wanted to use it. The detergent was also empty on the 2nd day and was not refilled until we left - a bit of a pity, but not a minus point. In addition, a little more amenities in the kitchen would be nice (there was only one bowl for example)

Super conveniently located and cute ! What we liked the most about the stay was that everyone is 100% super friendly that we will return !!
