Ο χώρος ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφος και ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες.. σε πάρα πολύ ωραίο σημείο. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας βοήθησε πολύ και για το πώς να το βρούμε και γενικά σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Είναι μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή!

Evin konumu çok iyiydi, Marmaris’teki her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gökhan Bey sorulara hızlı yanıt verdi ve erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdi. Evdeki eşyalar biraz eskiydi ama kullanılabilir durumdaydı. Sadece çamaşır telinin değişmesi gerekiyor. Fiyat/performans olarak iyi bir yer. Güvenle kalabilirsiniz.

We had a wonderfull time in Symi at Marietta’s flat. She was very communicative and helpfull, the view is magical, the flat is perfectly placed : Close to the beach, super restaurants (odyssia and tholos) and the village, at the same time.

An absolutely exceptional stay! The place is beautifully designed with stylish decor, offering full privacy and a prime location right by the sea. Everything exceeded expectations . I highly recommend booking this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

I don’t normally do reviews but this deserves one, for a last minute change in holiday destination I found a right gem. Such an ideal location. And the restaurant downstairs could not fault 1 bit always welcoming with amazing food and drink. This is definitely going to be my go to place for turkey again. Apartment had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try a different holiday destination (like me) for my first time here this place definitely made it special. So thank you to Baykan and his staff you made us feel very welcome

Hello, The house is so unique We spent 4 amazing days in symi. We loved the house Loved sitting outside relaxing. It is not a usual house and only one room has total privacy. We thought it was part of its charm and made a very authentic experience for ourselves. There are many big steps to reach the house But is is all worth it Hope we will return soon

Necati bey ve eşi gerçekten çok güzel ağırladılar. Her konuda saat zaman farketmeksizin yardımcı oldular çok teşekkürler. Havuz gerçekten mükemmel kaldığımız odada gayet iyi ve jakuzide mükemmeldi. Marketlere ve benzinliğe yakın konumu gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Tekrardan teşekkürler.

Öncelikle sevgili Keziban Hanım ve eşi Beyefendi çok güler yüzlü ve kibar insanlardı. Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Ev tertemizdi, klimalar verimli bir şekilde çalışıyordu. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı evimizde gibiydik. Konumu güzeldi, yürüyerek 10 dk da İçmeler Plajına varılabiliyor. Evin altında adı gibi Nefis bir pideci var her akşam yemeğini orada yedik. Yine evin karşısında ve yakınlarında bir sürü market var herşeye kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin önünden dolmuşlar geçiyor Marmaris merkeze gidilebilir. Kısacası çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Tekrar gelir miyiz? Geliriz. Bizi misafir ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz🙏

Ceylan hanımın eşi akşam geç saatte giriş yapmış olmamıza rağmen bizi sıcakkanlılığı ve misafirperver tavrıyla oldukça güzel karşıladı. Evde konaklayacak olan misafirler için her şey tamamıyla düşünülmüş durumda. Seyahat için yapacağınız tek şey yanınıza kıyafetlerinizi almanız olacaktır:)

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Eirini ist ein sehr guter, zuverlässiger und freundlicher Gastgeber. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch deshalb, weil sie bis in den letzten Winkel pieksauber geputzt und insgesamt extrem gut gepflegt ist. Alles ist von dort aus sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der kleine Nachteil der zentralen Lage: Es ist recht laut, was uns tagsüber nicht gestört hat. Aber nachts war der Lärm der Motorräder und Motorroller doch ziemlich heftig. Man muss also die Fenster und Fensterläden schließen, wenn man einigermaßen ruhig schlafen möchte. Doch das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen. Für eine Woche und zwei Personen war die Wohnung ideal. Wir würden sie wieder mieten.

Very happy we stayed here, even better than it looks online. Great kitchen setup if you want to cook, dishwasher and laundry a bonus. The stand out is the terrace, awesome views, great dining and lounging space. Angeliki was a terrific host, plenty of friendly instructions on location and access to building.

Konakladığımız süre boyunca merve hanım ve eşi oldukça ilgiliydi, bize gezi rehberi dahi sundular. Ev merkeze 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ama bizim için sıkıntı değildi, evin sakin bir yerde olması hatta daha iyiydi. Faal bir tatil yapmak, şehri gezmek isteyenler için uygun bir ev, biz genel olarak tüm gün dışarıda olduğumuz için evin olanakları yeterliydi. Evin üst katında merve hanım ve ailesi kalıyordu, herhangi bir ihtiyaç doğması durumunda kolayca ulaşılabilirler. Evin girişi bahçeden geçtikten sonra, bilmekte fayda var😊 Özetle ne ev ne de ev sahipleriyle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık, tekrar teşekkür ederiz :)

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Thanks again!

A very cosy apartment in a great location, perfect for a short stay at Symi! A short walk away from everything you need, would recommend

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

George is an amazing host , he and his wife have been really nice and they have been able to satisfy all our requests. The apartment is super nice , Cousy, full of charme and located in the heart of Symi. We had a great time Symi and if we will come back in the future we will stay without any doubts in the George’s apartment.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend Konstaninos' condo. We are looking forward to returning next year

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
