Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey bulunuyordu bu işlerimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı.Bunun yanı sıra konum açısından da oldukça güzel bir yerde yer alıyordu . Denize arabayla (İztuzu plajına)20 dk da gidebildik . Havuz oldukça temiz ve eğlenceliydi . Her bir sorumuza ve sorunumuza hızlıca yanıt aldık . Harika ev Harika ev sahibi teşekkür ederiz

Öncelikle sevgili Keziban Hanım ve eşi Beyefendi çok güler yüzlü ve kibar insanlardı. Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Ev tertemizdi, klimalar verimli bir şekilde çalışıyordu. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahattı evimizde gibiydik. Konumu güzeldi, yürüyerek 10 dk da İçmeler Plajına varılabiliyor. Evin altında adı gibi Nefis bir pideci var her akşam yemeğini orada yedik. Yine evin karşısında ve yakınlarında bir sürü market var herşeye kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin önünden dolmuşlar geçiyor Marmaris merkeze gidilebilir. Kısacası çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Tekrar gelir miyiz? Geliriz. Bizi misafir ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz🙏

We had a great time at the Smaragda apartment. It was clean, had all we needed and the hosts were so kind to leave some fresh food, like butter and bread, at the apartment. Great for getting through the first morning before we had time to get groceries. They communicated proactively and were always quick to respond. All in all we had a very good stay.

This is a perfect place to stay, if you're traveling by car. We only stayed for a couple of days, but I can definitely say that the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. And of course, many thanks to Kardelen for always being ready to help!

Idylisch, Natur pur und alles was man benötigt! Das Meer, Zentrum von Marmaris(ein Katzensprung) und die gesammte Marmaris Umgebung kann mit dem PKW zwischen 60-90 Minuten erkundet bzw. erreicht werden. Auch bei 40Grad Temperatur ist diese Ortschaft und die Wohnung erstaunlich frisch und angenehm. Klima haben wir nicht ein Tag beansprucht. Für die Stadt Datca (ca. 2 Stunden/einfach) sollte man von hier aus einen ganzen Tag bzw. 2 Tage einplanen. Soweit alles Top ;)

Beautiful location near the beach, new premises, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and help with all our requests. Local shop is in 15 minute walking distance and beach is 3 minutes. Has been a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a nature escape.

Tam bir fiyat performans odası. Asansör olmaması fiziksel rahatsızlığı olan insanlar için tercih etmeme sebebi olabilir. Benim için gayet güzeldi. Konum şehir merkezinin merkezinde.

Very big and clean apartment only 5 minutes away from the beach. Everything was good, the only negative part was that the water in the shower didn't drain properly and the water leaked on the floor. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Honestly had one of the nicest stays at Kosta’s apartment. From the minute we got there he was so helpful with recommendations for the area and the best places to go and eat. He would answer any questions we had about the town and would respond so quickly! He was very accommodating to any of our requests which was very generous and kind of him. The actual apartment had everything you needed, was clean and was located only a 15 minute walk to the walls of old town and different beaches. Overall, I would recommend this apartment as a good location in Rhodes which had a fab host. We had the best week! Thank you so much!

Marmaris'in işlek caddelerinden birinde bulunduğu için otogardan kolay bir şekilde ulaştık. odalar gerçekten temiz ve düzenliydi. sahile yakın olduğu için sabah denize girebilmek güzel bir deneyimdi. bizimle ilgilenen arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz. bir gün yolum tekrar Marmaris'e düşerse kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğim.💜

Çok tatlı aile işletmesi olan bir yer bahçe ve havuz çok güzeldi. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde yürüyerek 2 dakikada çok harika plajlara ulaşım sağlanıyor. Tatilimizi uzatarak farklı bir odaya geçiş yaptık Ali Kaan Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer :)

Gerçekte süper ev sahibi Oktay bey ve eşi çok iyi insanlar. Güler yüzlü çok sevecen insanlar. Sürekli olarak isteklerimizi sordular. Ev çok temizdi gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz biz 7 kişi kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Kendi evimizde kalma huzurunu yaşadık. Odaları, banyosu, mutfağı salonu çok kullanışlı. İlk fırsatta tekrar konaklayabileceğimiz bir yer.
