The cottage "Chez Marguerite" is located 2.5 km from the city center, it is easy to access ( last house in a cul-de-sac) close to all amenities ( Intermarché, cinema, essence, vb, Kiabi, intersport ect...) The cottage has a fenced yard to accommodate your four-legged friends 🐾, provided they are well-behaved (I will no longer accept dogs that are aggressive or that do not tolerate other animals and humans).
