Holiday rentals with a patio in Tuscania

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

Grazie mile. It was a very beautiful Apartment and very clean. The train station is very close and it takes you only 20 minutes to travel to Rom. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Giorgio was a wonderful host from the questions prior to booking to the final check out He has a wonderful home, it really felt like we were staying in his home. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. We loved everything about our stay from the pool, the views and the gardens. The villa has everything to offer and Giorgio and his mum great is on check in. We created so many memories and had some much laughter during our stay. The train station was a 15 minute drive and we got the train to Rome twice. Giorgio was so helpful, from all the tips and local information to getting some food for us before we arrived to stock the fridge. This really was one of my most memorable holidays, it was a shame to have had to leave. Thank you Giorgio for lending your home to us we hope we looked after it for you.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Ideal spot for close proximity to FCO and Rome. But in country! Lively little town very close by.

Very good stay in this apartment/house 3 minutes from the center of Orvieto. Extremely peaceful. The small courtyard in the greenery with the deckchairs is nice. The house and the neighborhood have charm. Keep in mind that if you are three people, the couple in the back room is obliged to go through the room where the single bed is to go to the rest of the apartment and in particular to the bathroom. This may be a problem. Punctual and friendly welcome from Camilla. Numerous restaurant addresses and sightseeing recommendations.

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Kian and Cristiano are very helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment was very easy to access. Although it is not very close to the city center, there are many buses within a 6-7 minute walk. I was very pleased.

Simone was a super host! He was warm and welcoming in every response, and always quick to reply—no matter the time of day. 😊 His service truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The accommodation is very close to the train station and a grocery store, and it’s well-equipped for longer stays too. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony, where we sat every evening with a glass of good wine, chatting about the day’s adventures. Thank you once again for hosting us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rome!

The accommodation is as described, clean and well located, with a very nice terrace on the ground floor. Claudine was extremely kind and welcoming, despite the language barrier, which made our stay very warm. The neighbors upstairs were sometimes a little noisy, but it was reasonable and didn't spoil our experience. A good place for a quiet stay!

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. We will be glad to come back. Thanks!
