Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Enjoy your time in this quiet and centrally located (outlet center within walking distance) accommodation. The climate-friendly house offers a pleasant living atmosphere. The house community is looking forward to equally quiet and relaxed roommates. What to expect: 1 bedroom (double bed or 2 single beds), open living/dining area with equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony. In the living area there is a box spring bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) as a chill or sleeping place. Breakfast bag? Extra bed?

In the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle is this historic, small mansion, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
