Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary kitchenware. Small table with two chairs and direct access to the terrace. Bathroom: Compact bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, storage space, and washing machine. Living Room: Spacious and bright living room with dining table and chairs, TV, and sofa. Main Bedroom: Large double bed. Guest Room: Double bed, dresser, and an extra single mattress. Outdoor Area: There is a large garden on the property and parking free of charge. Guests are welcome to use the terrace with outdoor furniture. By the fjord, there is a sauna available for guests to use free of charge. It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach. The property is also conveniently located near hiking trails, sights and attractions, a golf course, and a grocery store.

(Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, blue zone, by the birch grove, with direct access to the river from the house.) Walking distance to Hokksund city center. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels; laundry is the responsibility of the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Around the property there is a small forest bordering the Tyrifjorden. A newly renovated and cozy older house located in the woods, with a large living room with fireplace, four spacious bedrooms, and plenty of outdoor space. Historical buzz: On the neighboring plot lived painter Anders Svarstad (1869-1943), who was married to Nobel Prize winner Sigrid Undset, and they were regularly on the farm.

Det finnes golfbane i Sylling (Holstmark - ca 14km ) Ca. 70 km til Oslo - en times biltur.

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Med bil er det 10 min til Tusenfryd og 10 min til Oslo S..
