The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

Our Apart Tschirgant has a size of about 40 m² and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, especially the Tschirgant, from the balcony. In summer, our guest terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Pitztal. A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. This apartment offers very fast internet (fiber) and is ideally located for hikers and skiers who want to explore the TirolWest vacation region. A modern living room with a sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with a box-spring bed, and a kitchen with a dining area invite you to relax and spend time together. In order to also allow easy arrivals and departures, a parking in front of the building is provided for guests free of charge.
