Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))

Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Our cottage is located on the outskirts of Fontanella, extremely quiet location , and yet so close so that you can enjoy all the holiday activities without stress. Apartment two has 4 rooms and 8 beds. A cozy kitchen and two showers can also be found here . Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and dishwasher are standard facilities in the apartment. In the house is a jacuzzi which can be used after a surcharge of 7 Euro / pers. and hour.
