Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Pension Jägerhof Jerzens, Room 2 Persons

All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sitting area, WiFi, TV and double bed. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!
