Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

My place is centrally located, "Neue Mitte," in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station. The lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Within 150 meters, there are various shopping facilities. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. The attic apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 combined kitchen/living room with 1 sofa bed.

IM BLAUEN HÄUSLE - Ferienwohnungen is a small charming old town house in Überlingen, just a few minutes from Lake Constance. An an angled treasure box is hidden behind our small inconspicuous entrance door in the historic "Überlinger village". My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100 m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony.
