Holiday rentals with a sauna in Überwasser

We enjoyed our stay at Bacher‘stay. Great location with beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The space is tasteful and of high quality furnishings. The garden is spacious and well maintained with plenty of seating, play equipment for children and with heated pool. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic wellness area. Top notch!

Really very nice and cared for in every detail. Modern and quality decor. The second bedroom, divided with a door from the main area, remains very private and allows it to be managed as a second home independently. The beautiful windows allow you to enjoy the whole view. The terrace surrounding the building allows you to have lunch outside, sit and sunbathe. The only thing I would specify is that the pool and sauna are on the other side of the property and you have to cross the private driveway. I'm really happy to have stayed here, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and these hosts.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Sofia in St. Cristina located in a very convenient location for skiing in Dolomites. Perfect size for a party of 4 adults. Apartment is beautifully designed and decorated, modern and new, clean and has everything you need. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place stay for ski vacation!

Nice place to stay, quite, peaceful and the view was quite nice, the Apartment location was good and you can explore dolomites area. Aaron the host was very helpful and very communicative, he will assist or give you the information whenever you ask. In the morning they always serve you with the special cake, you just have to pick up in front of the door. I recommended you guys to stay at the apartment..

Enry was proactive with instructions for how to access the unit & local recommendations-- he even sent a video showing navigation of the narrow streets to best arrive at the drop-off point. Enry was also helpful in providing guidance when unforeseen circumstances limited our access to the ski area (a race was scheduled on the mountain passage required to get to the Sellaronda from Ortisei) and we were able to have a successful day with an alternate staring point. The unit was warm and inviting; heated floors make early mornings more tolerable and the bedding and kitchen area were clean. A few notes for future guests: there is no automatic coffee maker, but a moka pot is available as well as a hot water kettle, and plenty of instant coffee in the cabinet. Also there are no stairs in the home itself, but there are stairs required to get to the main entrance from the drop-off area. Overall access to ski lifts and amenities like grocery stores, dining was excellent!

Our family lived everything about this property, location and Giovanna was outstanding. Stay here!

A very cozy apartment with a beautiful view from the windows. It was our seventh stay in the Dolomites and we haven't had such a beautiful panorama directly from the apartment yet. Complete with a fireplace - the best relaxation after a day in the mountains or on the slopes. There's nothing missing from the amenities. The internet works very well - you can easily use straming services. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment and I can only report positives! The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is just perfect,quiet and yet not far from restaurants and leisure activities. The amenities were top notch: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to my next visit!

Mattia is a great host and responds in record time, check-in couldn't be easier and the place was easy to find thanks to his exact notes. For questions or if you need something, Mattia responds immediately and always super friendly. The apartment is fantastic, impeccably clean and tidy and has everything you need; the bathroom is spacious with friendly colors and a large shower and also the kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the small sauna, which offers relaxation after hiking, mountain biking, road biking, etc. In the village itself there is a small coop for basic needs and also two bars (one a little outside, but also within walking distance). There are no restaurants, but Mattia also has recommendations in the nearest places. We had a great stay, also our two dogs - both thumbs and four paws up for the apartment and Mattia!!!

We were absolutely satisfied Apartment is corresponding to the description. Communication was straightforward, someone was available for questions. There is a good bus connection to Bressanone and the nearest place (St. Andrä) with shopping and employment for children (great playground in St. Andrä). We would come back.

Fantastic location directly on the ski slope, on hiking trails, ski trail not far away. Shopping of food for self-catering directly in Compatsch is very limited. Tasty kitchen on the numerous cabins. Apartment for two people sufficient, very small kitchen, magnificent view.

We stayed for 4 days to do some hiking around the Dolomites. This home was the perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. The sauna and hot tub were great to relax the muscles. There are also a few little towns easily accessible in the surrounding area to have a great meal, good wine or hit up a patisserie. I will be dreaming of my stay - and plan to recommend to all my friends!

The Peak was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. Peaceful, private, pristine, wonderful views, lots to do or a great place to rest/ relax. We only wish we’d had longer We’d highly recommend this property

Beautifully located little piece of earth. Francesca and her husband are extremely friendly and our children had a lot of fun with the animals. In the morning, the horse, the dog and the chickens greet you ☺️ We will definitely come back to this idyllic place in the middle of the vineyards!

Place was absolutely stunning from the brand new kitchen to the wood back lit vaulted ceilings to the stunning views and the incredible location. Easy access was a bonus and the host was very responsive to all my stupid questions.

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

Our stay at the Sissi Queen Chalet was simply perfect. The location is fantastic - with a wonderful view and absolute peace. The chalet is modern, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the private spa area - simply heavenly after a day in nature! The hosts were warm and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The residence in the Ötztal is the ideal accommodation for traveling groups who are active during the day and then want to end the evening together in the accommodation. The converted barn with sauna and table is perfect for beautiful evenings and the stove conjures up a cozy atmosphere! We will be back!
