Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Udine

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Posizione centralissima a due passi (letteralmente) dalla Piazza Tito. Appartamento pulito e ordinato con 3 camere da letto. Molto ben attrezzato è fornito. Perfetto per un soggiorno in zona. Janez è un host simpatico e molto discreto. Promosso a pieni voti.

Wundervolle Unterkunft & herzliche Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt – alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war ideal und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione fornita, pulito, ottimamente arredato e fornito di suppellettili. Vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla e comoda ad ogni servizio. L'host ha inoltre fornito frigo e dispensa di una ricca e varia scelta di alimenti per la prima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nicolo's apartment is ideally located for walking around Trieste and is across the road from the Joyce Park a beautiful green space of trees and monuments reflecting the history of this unique city. Nicolo is an excellent host and left us with lists of places to go, coffee, ice cream ( unmissable )as well as churches and museums. The apartment is characterful and homely and is well equipped for all your needs, lots of thought has gone into visitor's' requirements.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the old town (10-15min). i stayed with my mom, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has one parking space, which was important for me because Grado is famous for crowded parking spaces :). Overall, ou stay was great!

Staying with Snezana will make you feel part of this lovely Slovenian family: she will welcome you with a great heart and open arms. He advices and tips for the region are just great. If you are planning for some activities like river rafting or horse riding, it is best to book in advance, so better ask Snezana before arriving for those tips! We simply enjoyed trekking, testing all the beaches along Bohinj Lake as well as the beers from Lintvern brewery.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful countryhouse. The house has a lot of charm and is nicely renovated. We spent an excellent time with our family. The host helped us to find rental bikes and we could discover the pittoresque countryside. The host was extremely helpful in all we needed!

La casa di Paola è un alloggio molto carino e ben tenuto in una piccola borgata di montagna friulana. Perfetto per due persone che cercano relax e a pochi minuti dai borghi storici di quest'area del FVG, è un'ottima base d'appoggio. L'immobile risulta completo di ogni comfort, il self check-in è intuitivo e si può parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti l'entrata di casa. Consigliato!

Un posto meraviglioso dove speriamo di tornare! Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze di Pasqua insieme ai nostri due bambini piccoli e ai nonni. Tutti e sei ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha un accesso comodo e offre tutte le comodità, sia all’interno che all’esterno, grazie anche al prato e alla vicinanza al fiume, raggiungibile in pochi passi, dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente. Balcone e stanze godono di una vista magnifica; il silenzio e la tranquillità ci hanno conquistati, pur senza darci la sensazione di essere isolati. I paesaggi intorno sono semplicemente da favola. Un grandissimo GRAZIE a Eligio e sua moglie, che ci hanno accolto con tanta cura e ospitalità. Sono stati sempre disponibili, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni esigenza e aiutandoci anche con alcuni piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto con l’auto.

Franca es una persona extremadamente amable. Nos hizo una torta de bienvenida y nos dejó algunas cosas para el café desayuno. el lugar es como en las fotos. Si quieren vivir una experiencia 100% friulana, recomiendo. Gracias Franca. 100 pontos.

La Signora Catia è stata veramente gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti. La sua casa ed il giardino completamente recintato erano in linea con quanto ci aspettavamo e rispettavano la proposta offerta sul sito. Molto curati gli interni, letti comodi accoglienti e puliti. Ambiente caldo riscaldato da una stufa a pellets. Cucina attrezzata, utensili, confort di ogni genere a disposizione. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, potrei citare la cappa aspirante e relativa luce che non funzionavano e, non era pulita. Ma, mi sento di consigliare la casa di Catia per delle splendide vacanze. Grazie ancora dell'ospitalità

Anna è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, abbiamo trovato una casetta molto carina e come varchi la soglia d’ingresso è veramente confortevole e dà la sensazione di casa, per non parlare della pulizia… impeccabile. Alloggio consigliatissimo per visitare i dintorni, la posizione è strategica per girare tutta la regione

Es ist noch schöner als beschrieben. Altes und wild romantisches Haus. Es bietet viel Platz und ist ideal für zwei Familien geeignet. Es gibt verschiedene Gemeinschaftsräume auf die man sich verteilen kann. Wegen steiler Treppen nicht barierefrei. Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über das weitläufige Grundstück die Täler und die Berge. Mit dem Fernglas kann man bei gutem Wetter den Paraglidern zuschauen. Es gibt ein extra Haus für Joga mit unglaublicher Lage, das wir mitbenutzen durften. An das Grundstück grenzt ein wunderbarer Fluss. Durch die Strömung mit natürlicher Gegestromanlage für endloses Schwimmen. Springen. Staudamm. Die Bahn fährt mehrmals am Tag hör und sichtbar auf der anderen Talseite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dadurch auch Ausflüge (z.B. Bled) mit dem Zug möglich und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch vom Haus aus sind schöne Spaziergänge möglich. John und Sarah wohnen mit ihren kleinen Kindern gegenüber des Hauses.

Superbe appartement très bien situé dans Trieste. La déco est top, les équipements très complets. Tout est facile d'utilisation. La configuration de l'appart était idéale pour nous. A savoir un couple et deux grands ados. Un grand salon avec de belles baies vitrées donnant sur un super et grand patio, et, de chaque coté une chambre avec salle de bain. Du coup chacun pouvait vivre sa vie. Le petit plus que je n'avais pas noté avant d'arriver est le spa dans l'une des salles de bain. Pour nous qui étions en voiture le garage a été très appréciable car j'ai l'impression que Trieste n'est pas la ville idéale pour se garer. En parlant de Trieste c'est vraiment une ville qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Moins connue que d'autres villes italiennes mais vraiment super vivante et magnifique. Concernant Davide nous n'avons échangé que par téléphone et sms mais tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande vraiment son appartement.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Caorle nell’appartamento di Gianluca. Appartamento con una pulizia impeccabile, dotato di ogni comfort e ben fornito. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi… ottimo anche il sevizio spiaggia incluso nell’offerta che non è così scontato avere!

Bostjan war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Extrem freundlich und hat sehr schnell reagiert. er hat auch jede Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren beim Giro zuzuschauen und die Lage war perfekt. Sofort zu empfehlen.

Zentrale Lage - und dennoch ruhig, das ist außergewöhnlich und war auch für uns überraschend! Das Apartment ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Lorenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Absolut zu empfehlen - auch wir kommen gerne wieder!

the apartment is in a great location and has a large balcony overlooking the marina and sea. Alenka was very helpful and responsive if we had questions. Parking was very easy with the city parking pass Alenka gave us.
