The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My place is in the municipality Muldestausee in the district Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Vierwasser ( Tiny House ) am Hainer See

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. Only 100 meters from the lake stands in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the Kastanienallee our small Swedish cottage, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with friends or family. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

Welcome to the romantic courtroom of the Leppersdorf Manor, a medieval-Mediterranean style apartment. On 66 m², families can feel at home: bathroom, hallway, kitchen, a children's room with 4 beds (including bunk bed), a balcony and a large living and sleeping room with a king size bed for the parents. Enjoy cozy hours, experience history up close and start your vacation in a relaxed way in a unique atmosphere.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the essentials make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

Our house is a reflection of our small family: colorful, with influences from a wide variety of characters and cultures and the perfect place to spend an unforgettable time with family and friends. The renovated farmhouse combines new and old and has been renovated with high quality and many local materials and products, making it a cozy and modern place where you can unwind.
