The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. From the balcony, look out on the old town of Ueckermünde and from the north side, you can see the Szczecin Lagoon directly. We have a shower room as well as a bathroom and thus 2 toilets. So it remains relaxed even with a four-person occupancy. The apartment is equipped as we like to have it at home.
