About 40 sqm of living space on the first floor with a sofa bed and about 10 sqm of floor space in the cozy attic (ceiling height about 1.5 m) with a double bed ensure good sleeping comfort. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
