On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
