Discover our fully renovated 32 m2 apartment, ideally located between lake and mountain. At the bottom of the building, you will find a convenience store, a hairdresser. 100 meters away, a pharmacy, a tobacco store... Just 15 minutes from the lake and 45 minutes from downtown Annecy. But also 12 km from Albertville where the train station is located. Ski resorts such as Megève, La Clusaz, and Les Saisies are easily accessible from Ugine, at distances of about 25 km, 40 km and 35 km respectively.

Great for a couple wanting to recharge their batteries in the mountains. Departure of hikes from the village, and close to the family ski resorts. 5min des Rafforts , and 15-20min des Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Very good 48-hour stay. The accommodation is functional, super quiet. You need a car to get around, but the distances to the start of the walks are always around 10 to 15 minutes. Our dog was very happy with the large meadow under the apartment that borders the river to let off steam. Would do it again!

I was in town to cycle the area - the location itself is partway up the Col de la Croix Fry climb! The place was clean and comfortable, with a particularly nice kitchen. What sets the place apart really is the views: absolutely stunning!!! Out every window is a view. Franck and Maria were great hosts and were there to welcome me when I arrived. They answered a couple of questions I had quickly when needed during my stay. And I met their three cats out on the property!
