Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

There is also good connection to Ulm by city buses as well as great cycling paths. Long-term rental possible. You will have the entire house at your disposal, including the terrace and garden. The house features three bedrooms for up to six people. The kitchen has been newly renovated, while the rest of the house has retained its original charm.

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt.
