Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Located in Ebersbach-Musbach, Holiday Home Vroni offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The two-story accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. There is also good connection to Ulm by city buses as well as great cycling paths. Long-term rental possible. You will have the entire house at your disposal, including the terrace and garden. The house features three bedrooms for up to six people. The kitchen has been newly renovated, while the rest of the house has retained its original charm.

Home sweet home is our motto! Spend your vacation days in our vacation home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of the village of Schrattenbach. Due to the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is also ideally suited for professional stays. It has a separate entrance and parking space, so no direct contact is necessary.
