In just 50 steps you are right in front of Lake Constance on the Überlingen waterfront. Along the lake, you come to the beach, then continue towards the Uferpark. Numerous restaurants can be found on the seaside promenade. The jetty as well as the train and bus station station is in walking distance. A parking garage is one street away.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Light-flooded, spacious studio apartment right in the pedestrian zone of Bad Waldsee, right next to the Italian ice cream parlor, the bakery and restaurants. Here children can live it up, there would be room to dance and rest. There are two large beds and a fold-out sofa bed in a very large room. The simpler kitchen helps for small hunger. The bathroom is new. On foot you can reach the city lake with outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and playgrounds, cinema, restaurants and cafes.

Our ground floor apartment has a separate apartment entrance. On about 50 square meters of living space, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the time. The living and dining room with lake view is modernly designed and invites you to linger. A cup of coffee or a small snack is no problem in the well appointed kitchen. After swimming in the lake, quickly hop under the shower in the brand new bathroom. Sleeping comfortably in the new box spring bed and feeling like home.

Romantic hunting lodge in a secluded location for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The “Neue Mitte Salem” is an exclusive residential complex that houses the breathtaking 110 square meter penthouse – a true gem in Salem. With three spacious bedrooms, this penthouse offers enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. Pets are welcome. The apartment has two underground parking spaces including an optional electric charging station. It is an oasis of calm that welcomes you with open arms and offers you a stay that you won't soon forget.

Dreamlike lovely vacation apartment in ÜB-Goldbach (500m to the lake:-) shared house entrance, idyllic garden. We live on the ground floor and the first floor is our guest area. The ground floor is not separated by an apartment door (see also pictures + floor plan) Our guest kitchenette in the DG includes: Fridge-freezer 180cm, ceramic hob (20cm), toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Washbasin and dishwasher in the bathroom (see pictures).
