Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year.

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und 2025 renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können.
