The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in a rural setting in a protected area. Accommodation approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 pers. 4 bedrooms with room for max 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with a shower. Large brewer's. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

Genuine summerhouse atmosphere

If you go for real summerhouse atmosphere, you get an authentic charming summerhouse that has just been renovated. The summerhouse is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has an outdoor shower with hot water which is something special to start your day with a bath under the open sky or rinse yourself after a trip in the Baltic Sea. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400m away

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Very nice house right on the beach with a great view. Very large, cozy living room, three bedrooms, nice new bathroom and small kitchen. The natural garden was to our taste, there were porcine mushrooms. Rasmus's excursion tips were great, there was something for every age group and everything was at a short distance.

We spent two days at Kirsten's accommodation. The location is very good and everything is within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and also the sea. We also liked the great garden with plenty of space to play and the sandbox.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The fantastic location and tasteful amenities were just perfect. Whether with beautiful cooking evenings with log fires, billiards sessions or long walks - every moment was special. Ulrikke was very helpful and responded to questions promptly. We felt very comfortable in Mikkel's vacation home. It is very cozy and has a beautiful, quiet garden that you can enjoy at any time of the day. There is enough wood for the fireplace and the kitchen is well equipped. We have been traveling to Marielyst for several years because of the great, empty beach and the beautiful nature reserve. The price/performance ratio of this house is above average for this location and equipment. Thanks very much. ❣️

Renata's place was very nice. Slightly secluded in a very quiet area. We got married in Denmark and had the perfect opportunity to celebrate in peace and enjoy the nature and weather with the accommodation. You have regularly seen different animals, such as rabbits or deer, either in the garden or on the way to the property. We really enjoyed our time and would also return to the house again in the future. The bathroom doors were a little difficult to lock. But otherwise everything worked out very well. It felt like home. Thank you for letting us into your house.

Beautiful location, great surroundings, good for dogs, good for cycling, at cooler temperatures you should bring wood for the stove so as not to have to use the electricity-powered heating.
