The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

Our favorites on the farm, besides our cats and our dog, are a small hedgehog family which we are very fond of.

Bed alcove with bed and wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and drying cabinet. For those who wish, it is also possible to use a wood-fired sauna.

This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
