Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
