This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We had a wonderful time at Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Many thanks to Simon and Sabrina.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in good weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of room for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun at times. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during the arrival. And… Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. The apartment was perfect for us
