Holiday rentals with a patio in Umhausen

A very comfortable stay with our 2 young kids. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Thanks very much for having us we would love to stay here again.

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

Das Haus von Simon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war nicht nur sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war zügig und reibungslos. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns netterweise auch einen Unterstand für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als schwere Hagel vorausgesagt waren. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Haus hat eine richtig gute und einladende Energie durch das viele Holz. Von Großweil aus kann man leicht an all die schönen Seen oder Wanderwege gelangen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls im Ort und in Murnau dann auch größere Märkte, falls man mehr benötigt. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche nach Erholung und Stille gesehnt und haben genau das bekommen. Vielen Dank an Simon und Sabrina.

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

The house and surroundings are beautiful. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The host’s were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were 6 of us on business trip and we all hope to come back with our families!

Wir waren Mo-Sa zu dritt hier und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Haben von hier aus das Ötztal erkundet, war ein super Ausgangspunkt. Klare Empfehlung.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Viel Platz für Zwei. Die vielen Fenster und der geschützte Balkon machen die Dachwohnung hell und freundlich. Trotz Schnee und niedriger Temperaturen konnten wir zeitweilig auf dem Balkon in der Sonne sitzen. Der Kontakt war schon vor und während der Anreise prompt und freundlich. Und…. Simone hat uns mit Mandarinen und Nüssen überrascht. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und war sehr sauber. Küche und Bad sind sehr klein, aber für zwei Personen passt es. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und gut für Unternehmungen in den Bergen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt 😊

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft von Gabi. Das Badezimmer ist toll, die Aussicht klasse und die Matratzen haben auch meinem Geschmack entsprochen. Selbst der Fernseher ist für eine FeWo überragend gut. Die Küche ist klein aber fein, es war alles nötige vorhanden um sich abends schnell mal etwas zu kochen. Bzgl. der Lage muss man sich bewusst sein, dass eine Hauptverkehrsader am Schlafzimmer vorbeiführt. Wer nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann, wird evtl. etwas mit Ohropax nachhelfen müssen. Mich hat das alles nicht gestört. Wenn man den ganzen Tag wandern war, schläft man abends so oder so wie ein Stein. Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man nach nur ca. 100m die Bushaltestelle erreicht. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
