Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Universal City, Los Angeles

I stayed at Jerry's place in Toluca Lake on a work trip for two weeks and it was an overall fantastic stay. The location was beautiful: Toluca Lake is clean, well-kept, safe and peaceful, and it was such a treat going running around the nearby streets in the early morning. It was about 30mins to get to most touristy places, in good traffic. There are three grocery shops in 15min walking distance away, and a coffee shop nearby. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen and the comfiest bed (perfect if you like a firm mattress!). There is also lots of outdoor space, some shared and a little private bench and terrace that is for your personal use. This was certainly the highlight as it was a lovely suntrap and perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast. Jerry is a very helpful and friendly host, and he made sure I had everything I needed during the entirety of my stay. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would highly recommend it!

We booked Mary’s place last minute after our original reservation with a different host was unexpectedly canceled. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Her place is absolutely perfect for taking advantage of everything the city has to offer. Mary was very responsive and friendly and her place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Absolutely surpassed any expectations. What a little Hollywood treasure. Great modern space with top level appliances . Equipped and ready for a spontaneous traveler. I’ve never seen an Airbnb so prepared. Only bring your toothbrush . Excellent brief stay, felt like a home.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

We have stayed numerous time at Marc's place over the last 10 years. Marc and Kurt feel like part of our family and when we stay with them we feel like we are at home. Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality and we will be back soon.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

This was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful location with nice canyon views. Very vintage, but with modern improvements. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Skyhill Oasis is a beautiful home near everything we wanted to do. We were extremely comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had a fantastic time. Darryl was very responsive to our questions. We could've have happier. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance. Thank you Darryl!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

We are really satisfied about the time we spent here, everything was perfect and Monika was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked if we could check-in an hour before and the house was ready two hours before, making everything much easier for us (we had lots of luggage with us). We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I loved it because it's spacious quiet and we went to the universal studios walking . And we took Uber for the Walk of Fame . What if there are no grocery stores nearby it took us a little to find laundry soaps. Very good that there is a washing machine in the apartment . I highly recommend it
